Dandelion Blossom Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    dandelion blossoms
    salted water
    pancake batter
    vegetable oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Wash blossoms thoroughly in salted water (salt draws out any insects).
    Drain thoroughly on paper towel.
    Prepare pancake batter, your recipe or packaged mix.
    Dip blossoms in batter and fry quickly in oil heated to 365\u00b0 to 375\u00b0; blossoms need only 1 to 2 minutes to fry crisp and browned.
    Drain on paper towel. Season with salt and pepper.
    Serve immediately.
