Wholesome Joes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. uncooked lentils
    2/3 c. water
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 whole wheat sandwich buns
Preparation
    In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, brown beef with onion and garlic; drain well.
    Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 40 to 45 minutes, or until lentils are tender.
    Spoon 1/2 cup mixture into each bun.
    Makes 6 servings.
