Spring Temptation Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O brand lemon flavor gelatin
    1 c. orange or lemon sherbet
    2 c. thawed Cool Whip topping
    2 c. Kraft mini marshmallows
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 prepared graham cracker crumb crust (9 oz.)
Preparation
    Stir boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl for 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
    Stir in sherbet.
    Mix until melted.
    Refrigerate 25 minutes or until gelatin mixture is slightly thickened.
    Fold in whipped topping, marshmallows and pineapple.
    Pour into crust.
    Freeze until firm or refrigerate overnight.
    May cover with plastic cover from graham crust pan. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
    If frozen, leave at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes.
