Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can red salmon or 2 cans tuna
    2 eggs
    3 slices bread (crust off if desired)
    3/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Pick over canned fish.
    Remove skin and bones.
    Add onion, salt and pepper to taste.
    Separate eggs; add beaten yolks to mixture.
    Last, add the beaten egg whites.
    Pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake for 3/4 hour at 325\u00b0.
