Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 stalks fresh broccoli
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut broccoli into small pieces.
    Cook on low in chicken broth until tender.
    Combine remaining ingredients, except cheese. Bring to a boil.
    Turn soup on low and add shredded cheese.
    Serve after cheese melts.
