7 Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 c. diced celery
    4 boiled eggs
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen peas (uncooked)
    1/2 c. green peppers
    1 medium purple onion
    8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    Layer in a large Tupperware bowl as listed.
    Then mix 2 cups of mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Spread on top of the layered ingredients in the bowl.
    Sprinkle 4 ounces of Cheddar cheese on top.
    Put tight lid on and refrigerate for 8 to 10 hours.
    Serve.
