Edith'S Mock Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked pinto beans, mashed
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat well all except beans.
    Add beans.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake until pie is firm, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
