Shrimp Pilaf Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon, cut in small pieces
    1 medium onion
    1 small can tomato paste
    3 c. water
    1 lb. frozen shrimp
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. long grain rice
Preparation
    Fry bacon until brown in a large saucepan or Dutch oven.
    Add onions and fry until onions are clear.
    Add tomato paste along with water.
    Bring to a boil and add shrimp.
    Add parsley flakes and garlic salt.
