Banana-Pineapple Frosty Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 (46 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
3 ripe bananas
3 qt. 7-Up
Preparation

Boil water and sugar; cool.
Put bananas in blender with a little juice and puree.
Mix everything together except 7-Up. Freeze in 3 equal portions.
Take out of freezer 2 hours before serving.
Mix each container with 1 quart 7-Up as needed.
