Ingredients

2 egg whites
pinch of salt
1 c. chopped nuts
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Beat egg whites until thick and foamy.
Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff.
Fold in rest.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Drop cookies onto sheet in small peaked chunks.
Place in oven; turn oven off after counting to 5.
Leave undisturbed until morning. Makes 40 small cookies.
If you double recipe, can use 1 1/2 cups nuts.
