Ingredients

2 lb. applesauce
1/2 c. water
1 box gingerbread mix*

Preparation

Pour applesauce into one large or two small skillets.
If applesauce is too thick, add up to 1/2 cup water.
Heat applesauce until boiling.
Prepare gingerbread batter according to package directions.
(*You may also need eggs and/or oil.)
