Scratch Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
    10 oz. lasagne noodles
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    3 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 eggs, beaten well
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix together the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, beaten eggs and black pepper.
    Brown meat slowly and spoon off excess fat.
    Add spaghetti sauce to meat after browning and bring to boil.
