Lobster A La Newburg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. cooked lobster meat
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. cream
    dash of paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sherry
    3 egg yolks
    toast
Preparation
    Melt butter in top of double boiler and stir in butter.
    Add lobster meat, then seasonings and sherry.
    Place over hot water. Beat egg yolks slightly; add cream and mix well.
    Combine with the lobster, stirring to thicken.
