German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 stick margarine
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix coconut and chopped nuts.
Sprinkle in bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix according to directions on package and pour over coconut and nuts.
Melt margarine and add to cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Spoon over cake mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing.
