Potato Asparagus Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium potatoes, cubed
water (to cover potatoes)
1 or 2 c. asparagus, cut up
1 slice fat-free cheese
1/2 c. skim milk
1 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook potatoes until almost tender.
Add asparagus and cook until tender.
When tender, add cheese and simmer until melted. Thicken with flour and skim milk mixed together.
Simmer until thick.
