Connie'S Popovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 c. flour
nonstick spray or shortening
Preparation

Mix eggs, milk, salt and butter in medium size bowl. Add flour and mix until thoroughly combined. There should not be any lumps in mixture. Spray muffin tin lightly or grease with shortening. Fill muffin cups 1/2 full of batter.
Put pan into cold oven and turn heat to 450\u00b0.
Bake 30 minutes.
Never open oven to peek during baking. After removing pan from the oven, turn out popovers on wire rack.
Poke holes in them with a toothpick to release steam.
Serve immediately with butter, honey or jam.
Yields 12.
