Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    cornstarch
Preparation
    Peel and cook sweet potatoes about 25 minutes. Take cooked potatoes out to baking dish. Add sugars, margarine and salt to water. Thicken with cornstarch dissolved in a little water. Boil until glassy (about 4 minutes).
    Pour over potatoes in baking dish. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
