Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
3/4 stick margarine
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. raisins (gold)
1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add remaining ingredients and pour in pie shell. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
