Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. (4 to 5 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 beaten eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Steam or microwave broccoli until tender.
    Drain well. Combine all ingredients (except cracker crumbs) and blend with broccoli.
    Put in buttered casserole dish and sprinkle top with crumbs.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
