Black-Eyed Pea Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
2 cans black-eyed peas
1 large can tomatoes
1 c. chopped bell peppers
1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Crumble and cook meat in large skillet.
Remove from pan. Saute onion and pepper until onion begins to get clear.
Put meat back in pan and add peas and tomatoes.
Simmer together for 5 to 10 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with tossed salad and garlic bread for a complete meal.
