Wita'S Arroz(Spanish Rice) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Comet long grain rice
    1/8 c. liquid oil
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 small chopped onion
    1 small chopped garlic clove
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. ground comino
    2 1/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Brown uncooked rice in oil in skillet, stirring constantly. Add onion, salt, garlic and comino; brown for 1 more minute.
    Add tomato sauce and water.
    Cover with tight fitting lid and simmer for approximately 20 minutes or until rice is fluffy and liquid absorbed.
    Do not stir rice while simmering.
