Crazy Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 c. rice (not instant)
    1 can beef bouillon
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    10 fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimentos
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Place in a greased 13 x 9-inch casserole.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
