Hot Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 large potatoes, peeled, cooked, cooled and cubed
    1 large green pepper, minced
    1 small jar pimento, cut up
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 stick melted oleo
    salt and pepper to taste
    sprinkle of parsley
    1/2 c. corn flakes or crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Top with corn flakes or chips.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
