Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 c. rice
    2 cans beef bouillon soup
    6 Tbsp. onion, cut in small pieces
    6 Tbsp. celery, cut in small pieces
    6 bell pepper rings
Preparation
    Place dry rice in Pyrex dish.
    Salt and pepper and fry lightly the chops.
    Place on top of rice and pour bouillon over.
    Put one tablespoon celery and onion on each chop.
    Then cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Remove foil and place one bell pepper ring on each chop; bake 10 more minutes, then serve.
