Hot Clam And Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 small chopped onion
    1/2 chopped green pepper
    1 small jar chopped pimentos
    1 (10 oz.) can minced clams, drained
    1/4 lb. processed cheese (Cheez Whiz)
    4 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. milk or sherry
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper and pimentos in butter for approximately 3 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Heat until cheese melts. Keep hot in a chafing dish.
    Serve with chips, party rye bread cut into pieces or Melba toast.
