Larry'S Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. milk or use 1/2 canned milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 stick butter
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Bring to rolling boil, stirring constantly, sugar, milk, salt and cocoa.
    Cook to 235\u00b0.
    Remove from heat; add vanilla and butter, but do not stir.
    Cool to 110\u00b0.
    Add nuts if desired. Beat with wooden spoon until loses its gloss.
    Pour into greased 9 x 9-inch pan immediately.
