Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 Tbsp. dry strawberry jello
2 to 3 c. strawberries (fresh)
1 baked, cooled pie shell

Preparation

Combine water, sugar and cornstarch.
Boil until thick and clear.
Remove from heat and sprinkle dry jello over hot mixture and stir quickly.
Pour in strawberries and mix.
Pour into cooled pie shell; refrigerate.
Also good using blueberries and blackberry jello.
