Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small green pepper
    1 small onion
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (7 oz.) box elbow spaghetti
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Brown onion and pepper in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Add ground beef and brown.
    Drain grease.
    Add soups, water and 1 cup cheese.
    Cook spaghetti and add to mixture.
    Pour into a 3-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
