Kartoffelsalat Mit Wurst(Potato Salad With Sausages) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 potatoes (about 1 lb.)
    6 slices bacon, diced
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. each: pepper, celery seed, caraway seed and dried parsley
    4 cooked sausages
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; peel and cut into 1/4-inch slices.
    Cook bacon until crisp; set aside.
    Cook onion in bacon drippings.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except sausage.
    Bring to boil.
    Add bacon and pour over warm potato slices; gently toss.
    Serve with sausages.
    Makes 4 servings.
