Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium cabbage, chopped/shredded
2 medium carrots, chopped/shredded
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. sugar (approximately)
1/4 c. vinegar (approximately)
mayonnaise to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine vegetables.
Heat sugar and vinegar on low heat until syrupy. Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper and syrup to vegetables.
Mix thoroughly.
Chill for 1 hour or more before serving.
