Holiday Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large sweet potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    1/2 c. pecans or walnuts
    1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Bake sweet potatoes at 400\u00b0 until soft, about 1 hour.
    Let potatoes cool, remove skins and mash with butter.
    Add milk, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Fold in beaten egg whites, fold in nuts.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes in a greased casserole dish or pan.
    Top with marshmallows and broil until marshmallows brown.
