Pineapple Bar Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. melted butter or oleo
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix granulated sugar and melted butter or oleo.
Beat eggs until foamy and mix with other ingredients.
Sift flour, salt and baking powder and add to mixture.
Add the drained crushed pineapple.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or more.
When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Cut into bars or squares.
