Shirley'S Diabetic Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Pioneer fat-free biscuit mix
    2/3 c. fructose (as sugar substitute)
    2 egg substitutes
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix biscuit mix and fructose.
    Add egg substitute and vanilla; mix well.
    Drop by teaspoonful on vegetable-sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
