Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising cornmeal
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
butter
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients, except butter.
Using a small Teflon skillet on top of stove on medium heat, melt 3 heaping tablespoonfuls butter.
Pour half of batter in skillet. cover with lid.
Keep check and when lightly brown, turn and brown other side.
