Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. diced or chunk carrots
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook carrots until barely tender.
Drain and mix together. Heat the remaining ingredients.
Pour over drained carrots and add 1 green pepper or onion, selected for color.
May add celery.
Let sit for 2 or 3 days. Keeps well.
