Captain'S Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
2/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. Minute rice
1/2 tsp. oregano
dash of pepper
1 can whole tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 cans tuna
1/2 c. sliced olives
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Heat first 3 ingredients in saucepan until cheese is melted. Combine rice, oregano and pepper in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Drain tomatoes, reserving 1/2 cup juice.
Stir into rice with 1 cup water.
Slice tomatoes; reserve several for garnish. Arrange tomatoes over rice.
Add onion, tuna and olives.
Pour sauce over top.
Sprinkle with chips.
Arrange tomatoes on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
