Oriental Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pork ribs
1 can drained apricots
1/3 c. catsup
1/3 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation

Put ribs in crock-pot.
Mix all other ingredients together and puree in blender.
Pour sauce over ribs and cook until done. Remove ribs and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour sauce over this and cook at 400\u00b0 until brown.
Baste often with sauce from the pan.
