Simply Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. boneless pot roast rump, chuck or round
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, brown roast on medium heat.
    Add onion soup mix, blended with water.
    Simmer, covered, turning occasionally, 2 1/2 hours or until tender.
    Makes 6 servings.
