Baked Macaroni And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked
    2 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. all-purpose, sifted flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, alternate macaroni in 2 layers with 2 cups of cheese in layers; set aside.
    Prepare sauce by melting butter in medium saucepan; remove from heat.
    Blend in flour; gradually stir in milk, then seasonings.
    Pour sauce over macaroni.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and brown.
