Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 medium size container sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 skinned chicken breasts
instant rice
soft tortillas
cut up lettuce
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
4 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla cook and serve pudding (not instant)
4 1/2 c. hot water
12 oz. container Cool Whip
1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation

Place the jello, pudding mix and water in a large saucepan and stir. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
Mixture will become thickened and transparent. Chill just until set, about 4 hours.
Beat in the Cool Whip and stir in the mandarin oranges.
