Mom'S Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    water
    dash of salt
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Scrub unpeeled potatoes well.
    Cut each potato in half lengthwise.
    Then cut into even wedges.
    Boil potato wedges for 5 minutes in salted water; drain and pat dry.
    Spread wedges in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.
    Brush with oil; sprinkle on spices and herbs.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses.
    Bake for another 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown and cheeses are melted.
    Serve as snack or with any meat dish.
