Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
dash of allspice
3 c. chopped, unpeeled apples
1 c. nuts
1 c. dates

Preparation

Cream sugar and eggs.
Add oil; mix.
Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice; add to egg mixture gradually.
Fold in apples, nuts and dates.
Bake approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 (depending on your oven).
Cook in tube pan; good with whipped cream.
