Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 3/4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 pt. whipping cream (not whipped)
    1 c. diced rhubarb
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar together.
    Stir in whipping cream, then rhubarb.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
