Almond Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream shortening and
    sugar.
    Add
    2
    beaten egg yolks. Sift together flour,
    baking
    powder
    and
    salt.
    Add raisins. Mix together, adding 1 cup
    milk
    and the extracts.
    Fold in 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten.
    Bake in tube pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
