Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    heel of round beef roast
    1/2 c. water
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    vegetables (carrots, potatoes, onion, cabbage chunks)
Preparation
    Bake meat, water and beef cubes for 4 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Add vegetables and cook 3 more hours at 250\u00b0.
    Meat is very tender and delicious.
