Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine or butter
1 c. water
1 c. sifted flour
1/8 tsp. salt
4 eggs
Preparation
-
Add margarine or butter to boiling water
and stir over medium heat until margarine melts and water comes
to a second boil. Combine flour and salt;
add to water-margarine mixture all
at once. Stir vigorously until mixture
leaves
sides
of pan. Remove from heat and add eggs, one at
a
time,
beating thoroughly
after each addition.
Drop
mixture
by
teaspoons onto
cookie
sheet.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven
until
light
brown. Remove from cookie sheet and stuff with whipped cream, pudding or custard.
