Ingredients

1 (5 lb. 10 oz.) can pork and beans
4 lb. (plus) smoked sausage sticks
salt, pepper, catsup, yellow mustard, brown sugar and molasses to taste
1 large onion, chopped
Preparation

Parboil sausage to eliminate some excess fats.
Cut into 1-inch chunks.
Mix all ingredients and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
