Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (16 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) evaporated milk
    1 (9-inch) pie crust (unbaked)
Preparation
    Combine ingredients; pour into pie crust.
    Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Reduce to 350\u00b0 for additional 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
