Muffin Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) cream-style corn
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 medium size onion, chopped
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. butter, melted
Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
