Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1 c. instant oatmeal
1 1/4 c. boiling water
2 eggs
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix
margarine,
oatmeal and boiling water together and let stand 20 minutes, then add eggs, white sugar, brown sugar, flour, salt,
soda,
cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Beat well. Grease pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes in long pan.
